The full Backerkit Survey has been sent out. Had to run to my shift at work but should have sent this out with the survey did not expect such a strong response! Also thank you to every one who has added even more to their pledge it helps tremendously to get these figures out faster. Some issues that we've been able to correct but everything seems to be going a lot smoother. We will be shipping figures as they come out but we understand some would like to save money and ship figures together which is partly why we are charging shipping later so we can work with our fulfillment center to create an alternative. Especially for our over seas backers. Apologies for confusion on this topic. Bare with us figuring this out as we go. We will definitely have 3 waves out by the end of the year. You can see our timeline below:

Also got the first production samples (EPs) of wave 2 in hand and they look phenomonal will have them on display at Joelanta this weekend. A few notes to improve them that the factory is implementing and we are already in production so hoping to get those on the boat early October and we're going right into Wave 3 to finish out the year.

Backerkit will be open for 30 days to give plenty of time unless we hit completion before then so we can move forward quicker. I hope you guys like what you are seeing as we appreciate every one of you that has gotten us here. Because of that we've redesigned sculpt, upped the range in articulation, increased the paint apps, given extra joints, extra accesories, extra hands and feet, and all without ever increasing the price. Backerkit Smoke Test Sent!

Check your emails! The smoke test which emails 5 percent of our Backers to fill out the backerkit has been sent out.  If no major issues we should also be able to send out the full Backerkit this week as well. The more people that fill it out as soon as possible the quicker we will be able, maybe even today. We’ve had the Backerkit team helping us make sure there are no problems with their pledge manager unlike the lack of support for Kickstarter’s unfortunately. We were also able to upload new more up to date imagery for the figures you are getting. Wave 1 is being shipped from China as we speak. BBTS our biggest contributor to the Kickstarter should be picking up their order soon. Our overseas partners have already picked up their orders. Our fulfillment center Fulfillrite has a lot of expertise in fulfilling your orders as soon as possible and we are working with them so there are no delays as soon as they get the shipment. Takes time to get here by sea so please be patient. Thank you all for your support. Let’s get Brutal!

Clarification on shipping

We need to clarify what’s happening with the shipping of figures. Bigbadtoystore’s order has yet to go out. We are shipping your order out asap. We are not waiting for wave 2 to be completed.  Bigbadtoystore shipment MIGHT leave before ours does because we don't have our own container or because we are sharing a container through LCL (less than container load) We were just making you aware. We can't hold back the shipment of our single biggest supporter that is the reason we got funded and has invested more money into us thanks to their platform more than any other single entity. Not to mention even if we get our figures the same time our fulfillment company might not be able to fulfill the orders as quickly as theirs does so once again we just wanted to be honest and let you all now.

We're an independent toy company trying to change the industry with great articulation and Great sculpts for as small a price as possible. There is only really 3 of us. Thank you for anyone understanding and patient with the process. We are trying our best. We will do better! We understand this still might not be good enough for you and we hear you. 

We also sent in the backerkit for review addressing the last little bits this weekend but addressing stuff like this and messages takes time away from getting that done but smoke test will be beginning of next week and then the full launch shortly after.

We've decided to switch to Backerkit as Kickstarters Pledge Manager didn't allow us to fix issues as we needed to nor can we set it up again through their built in creator controls now that's its been paused. We have finished wave 1's production they are being boxed up to ship. The factory is working on wave 2 of Ogun, Kronen, and Croman right now. The shipping container and shipping costs are extremely expensive right now so to save money we are completing the 2nd wave to ship with the first wave and that will save us money and you when we ship them out. Sucks to wait longer but the savings will make up for it. Also if we havent mentioned it before or to reiterate Fulfillrite will be fulfilling your orders from u as soon as they get them. If you ordered any through BBTS we will be sending them the first wave and you might get them earlier depending on when they ship their container. We don't have money like them or the amount of orders to fill a container so please be understanding. Killian the Red, Chief Mato, Uruk the Sumerian, and Owl King will be the next wave we start on immediately once the factory is done with the 2nd. Trying to get them on the boat as soon as possible and after that get as many figures finished this year as possible. General Grimskull, The Shaddar, and The Great Khan finish all the males which will be out beginning of next year maybe even a Xmas miracle? Females Beginning of next Year (Spring) and Brutal Beasts by the End of Summer. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. 

Pledge Manager

Figures are still being produced. The Pledge Manager/Backer Survey refunds however for those that completed it  should start to go out MONDAY now through Kickstarter. This is just for the pledge manager not our actual kickstarter Campaign. We are not cancelling the line for those that are confused by the terms listed above. Pledge Manager is a way to get updated information from our backers to fulfill the orders we initially took and also add or change your order. Our first attempt at Pledge Manager had some issues so we are restarting it. Those that finished it and paid for shipping are getting refunds in shipping and if they ordered more.  Thank you all again for the immense amount of patience and understanding you all have exhibited through this trial and error. We’ve learned a lot and promise when we relaunch our survey to our backers it will be much smoother.
